Our body was formed through the union of our parents, two physical beings giving rise to one. The soul becomes incarnated, emerging from a field of energy and frequency, and gently binding itself to form. In its essence, the soul is pure vibration.
Through the vessel of our mother, the soul crossed into the physical world. It took on density, time, and limitation so it could experience life on Earth.
In doing so, our soul chose connection to the body, to matter, and to the conditions of this world so that it might learn, feel, and remember itself through lived experience.
The Shift from Disconnection to Coherence
Nature moves in cycles, seasons, lunar rhythms, and the patterns of daily life. Some cycles unfold within a human lifetime, while others move across vast stretches of time, beyond immediate perception.
Ancient traditions describe these greater cycles as cosmic ages, each reflecting a different balance between spiritual awareness and material focus. The current age is marked by disconnection - a lowering of frequency where many feel separated from their soul, intuition, and sense of purpose. This forgetting is not accidental. There are forces - both internal and external, that reinforce a lowered state of awareness, keeping consciousness fragmented and directionless.
It is believed we are now crossing a threshold into a higher-frequency age - one of remembrance, harmony, and soul-led living. To enter this shift, the soul must release the dense energies carried from the previous era.
Alchemical Transformation
Because the soul is pure energy, transformation happens through energy. When lower frequencies meet higher, coherent ones, change becomes inevitable.
There is a natural law at work: when a lower frequency encounters a higher, coherent frequency, it cannot remain the same. It is invited, sometimes compelled to rise. This process is a form of divine alchemy.
When the soul comes into contact with these higher frequencies, it gains the capacity to transmute what is misaligned. Old patterns loosen. Dense energies dissolve.
Through this process, the soul reconnects with its own true frequency - and that connection can be restored not temporarily, but as a steady, living presence.

From the subtle realms, the Rishis continue to support humanity through this period of planetary and spiritual transition.
